Staying at this 19-story high-rise in the "charming" Burbank Village shopping district puts you "close to many Hollywood studios" and within "walking distance to a huge variety of restaurants and activities"; "free covered parking" and "large rooms" sweeten the deal, but much less appealing are the "uncomfortable beds", "hotel staff of average support and politeness" and the "clearly dated" furnishings that "scream 70s."

I liked the friendly service, at the registration desk to the restaurant.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.
I enjoyed my three-night stay. The location was great and the hotel was comfortable. I received assistance in renting a car and got a good hotel deal.

Packages rubbery, not in the quality of other hotels in star rating.
The hotel is okay, but not the same quality of other star rated hotels we've tried. The free parking and WiFi was a plus, but they did not have a king bed, non smoking and put us in a double bed room.

Bathroom fan stayed on whenever light was on.
The hotel entrance was a little hard to locate, but the hotel was very nice, room was plenty big enough, we had everything we needed. Only bad thing was bathroom fan went on whenever the light was on. The location to my clients was made so easy because of easy access to the freeways.
There was no down side.

Good location for trips to the Hollywood, Burbank areas. Easy to check in and out. Parking was free as the validated my ticket with my stay.
Showing a bit of age. AC had to be on full blast to make a dent on a night that wasn't even that warm.
Convenient stop along the 5 on your way to your LA destination. The room wasn't crammed and had a fridge and an updated LCD-TV. Check-in was quick and easy and the parking garage was free with check-out ticket validation. ...read more
